Holidaymakers in France told to carry breathalysers in their cars (“TM”)

If you’re planning a driving holiday in France you’ll have to add a breathalyser kit to the list of equipment you need to carry with you this summer. Motorists are already legally obliged to have a warning triangle and a fluorescent safety vest with them at all times. And from July, anyone travelling through the country by car will also have to have one of the breathalyser kits so that they can test themselves to ensure they are under drink-drive limits.
